We currently have an opening for a Contracts Shipments Analyst in our Clarksburg, MD office.

- Responsible for processing all domestic shipments through the ERP computer system, SAP, for all Thales divisions
- Create manual packing slips, DD250’s and Certificate of Conformance
- Process receiving reports and invoices in the Governments Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system
- Submit requests for label and barcoding in IDWORX
- Enter and process shipments into the Government WAWF system for Receiving Reports/Invoices
- Submit requests for shipping instructions for Military Shipping Labels, NOLSC, DLA/VSM, SIRs/FMS via websites and/or telephonically
- Submit requests for shipping instructions via multiple Government and third party websites and software tools
- Effectively interact and communicate with personnel within the organization as well as cohesively work with Shipping, Quality and Finance Departments
- Shall work well in team environments, but also be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision
- Acts as a customer point of contact for any shipment related issues

- U.S. Citizenship required. Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- Associates degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in contracts or finance
- Experience with SAP a plus
- Proficient computer skills and accurate data entry
- Keen problem solving skills – see a problem create a solution or ask for help
- Excellent verbal/ written communication and customer service skills – English Proficiency Required
- Attention to detail/ able to multi-task and work to daily deadlines
- Ability to comply with all Company guidelines, policies, procedures and embrace Company Core Values
The hourly pay range for this role is $30.29 - $38.70 USD along with a target incentive compensation plan (ICP) of 3%. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of the experience level for the role described above. TDSI considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
