In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our contracts are processed efficiently and effectively, while supporting our Contracts Manager in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to the Contracts Manager in all contract-related activities.
• Process purchase orders, change orders, and various contract documents.
• Facilitate the preparation of bids, quotes, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Monitor and evaluate contract performance, ensuring compliance with terms and deliverables.
• Assist with government billings and financial reporting processes.
• Coordinate with internal business units to ensure contract requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate contract data within the ERP system.
• Communicate contract requirements to relevant stakeholders.
• Support contract negotiations and assist with audits as needed.
• Conduct contract closeout procedures and archive records appropriately.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations and contract documentation, including FAR/DFARS.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or similar software.
• Experience with WAWF preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new software and systems.
• Solid interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
