Control Panel Drafter/Designer - Selectek, Inc.

A Control Panel Drafter/Designer to assist in the design of electrical control system panels and schematics using AutoCAD Electrical.

Required:

• 1+ years’ experience working with AutoCAD Electrical
• The ability to work closely with fellow employees and manufacturing personnel to insure a smooth workflow is necessary
• Ability to interpret schematics, wiring prints, point lists, and other documentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design control and automation system panels and other associated mechanical designs in AutoCAD Electrical with input from the engineering team.
• Develop and maintain complete documentation packages for each project we execute. Documentation includes bills of material, system layout, detailed drawings, termination drawings, etc.
• Maintain revisions library of the projects assigned – tracking Proposal / Red-Line / Construction and As Built phases.
• Verify final drafts include all relevant information in an easy-to-read format, and verify that calculations, measurements, and units are accurate based on initial design information from engineers and current standards.

Location: Sussex, WI
6 Month temp to hire
Pay Range: $25-$30/hr
Must be able to work in office/no travel required
