Control Panel Wire at Micro Tech

Responsible for assembling, wiring, and integrating control panels with machinery and systems, connecting them to Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) controls. This role involves precise wiring, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless communication between the control panels and the PLCs. The specialist plays a pivotal role in enabling the automation and efficient operation of industrial equipment. Control Panel Assembly and Wiring: Interpret and comprehend electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts for both control panels and machinery. Assemble control panels by mounting and arranging electrical components according to engineering specifications. Ensure neat and organized routing of wires within control panels to minimize interference and maintain accessibility for maintenance. Collaborate with engineering teams to understand the functional requirements of machinery and automation processes. Design and implement wiring routes from control panels to various components within the machinery, such as sensors, actuators, motors, and other electrical devices. Wire and connect control panels to Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to establish communication and control pathways. Configure digital and analog inputs/outputs (I/O) to interface control signals between control panels and PLCs.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLC ladder logic. Strong knowledge of PLC programming concepts, I/O mapping, and communication protocols. Hands-on experience with electrical tools, testing equipment, and troubleshooting methodologies. Diploma or degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field. Proven experience in control panel assembly, machine wiring, and PLC integration within industrial environments.
