Job Title: Control Room Officer/Shift Supervisor

Wage: $21.50 - $25.50/hour

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage access control systems, including Lenel.
• Oversee daily operations of the control room and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service to staff and visitors.
• Respond to alarms and incidents, coordinating with emergency services as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of activities and incidents.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory experience in a data center environment.
• Proficiency in access control platforms and relevant software.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
