Must have a Prior Control Room or Command Center Experience
The Control Room Supervisor (CRS) oversees the processes in the Stadium Control Room and serves as an informational resource on control room functions for stadium security. The CRS also helps with incident documentation (during 24/7 operations and events) and processes that documentation post-event. This position does not supervise personnel and should work with the event operations department, stadium security, Legends, and other groups as a resource on stadium processes and documentation.
Requirements:
- Advanced computer skills
- Must have prior command center or control room experience
- Good writing skills for concise but thorough reporting
- Physically able to climb stairs and walk several miles throughout an event
- Strong problem-solving skills – knowing how to quickly diagnose a situation and follow the proper steps to communicate, document, and improve the situation
Responsibilities:
- Be a knowledgeable resource and active user of the 24/7 Software platform, a program for day-to-day incident reporting and post-event documentation.
- Process incident cards and reports by scanning and inputting information into 24/7 software and SharePoint; alert appropriate stadium personnel to susceptible issues.
- Perform footage reviews when processing incident cards. Or as assigned by email or approved stadium personnel.
- Serve as a backup to the control room security guard when needed with dispatching, answering the phone, and inputting and tracking incidents 24/7.
- Monitor the stadium and surrounding areas via a CCTV system. Responsible for checking systems, putting in work orders when cameras are down, and searching through some archived video when requested/assigned by approved Stadium personnel.

During the response, the CRS may need to assist security with clearing the scene or updating the control room or command post on status but will not perform security functions (e.g., ejecting individuals) and will defer to security on site for action items. The primary function of the CRS during an incident is to make sure witnesses and those involved document what happened, what was seen and heard, and what was done to resolve the incident.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods during events.
