Position SummaryThe CE (Controlled Environment) Sales Representative will generate revenue for the Controlled Environment division. The Sales Rep will communicate with customers within their territory on a regular basis to develop rapport and better understand their needs. They will create and maintain a sales plan for their assigned territory that meets or exceeds a profit goal. The Sales Rep will establish new accounts and manage existing accounts to identify and provide solutions to fit the customer's needs, this includes cold calling for potential leads. Essential Job Functions Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts, and working with both Controlled Environment, Refrigeration, and Projects technicians where we have one book of business and not the other.Building rapport with various pharmacies, and labs, as well as healthcare administrators and key decision makers. Also explore other industries that require these types of services.Providing high level technical information and explanations in regards to MTA capabilities and offeringsMaintain and improve quality results by being proactive, following sales best practices and using CRM toolsCarefully and thoughtfully document contact history and notes within CRMAccomplish department and organization goals set forth by the National DirectorExplore opportunities to drive efficiencies within the Sales role and communication processFollow policies and procedures that result in regular call cycle contacting and follow upPreparing materials for quotes and upcoming events Physical DemandsAbility to lift up to 50lbsAbility to sit, stand, lift, bend, hold equipment, and drive for extended periods of time. Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position and hours of work are typically Monday-Friday but will vary based on the needs of the customer.This job can include some occasional nights and weekends.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not requiredEstablished sales background in healthcare settingExcellent communication and listening skillsPositive attitude and strong in building relationshipsConsistent follow through in meeting deadlinesHighly self-motivated and can easily work with little supervisionAbility to travel, work flexible hours & adjust the schedule as required to meet customer needsMust show commitment to the company's core beliefs of integrity, safety and customer servicePIba1b21092233-25660-35521351
