Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting/Finance or closely related field.

8 years’ experience in accounting and 2 years supervisory experience. 

Proven experience as a Controller or a similar management role.

Experience with a computerized accounting system.

Equivalent experience and education may be substituted. 

 

Skills:

Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. Abila/MIP).

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing and directing an accounting team.

An analytical mind with a strategic ability.

Project management experience.
