Main Responsibilities of the Controller:

• Oversee Financial Operations: Manage day-to-day fiscal accounting activities for two prominent organizations, ensuring confidentiality and financial stability.

• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow for both operations and investments.

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Efficiently process and manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and disbursements.

• Team Leadership & Supervision: Provide supervision, review, and evaluation for finance department staff, and collaborate with various committees and stakeholders.

Qualifications of the Controller:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent in management role

• Strategic and collaborative mindset

The Controller role is fully onsite in Akron, OH with a salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 depending on experience.
