Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all billing and accounting functions, including revenue cycle management and medical billing.
- Prepare, analyze, and ensure accuracy in financial statements, with adherence to compliance standards.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with external auditors for audits and meet all audit and tax requirements promptly.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software; QuickBooks experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and medical billing systems (EMR familiarity is a plus).
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and medical practice compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and experience in balance sheet reconciliation.
Qualifications:
- FACHE or FHFMA certification, CPC certification.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
