Our Accounting & Finance Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be a good fit for roles with the specifications below:
Responsibilities: Develop financial controls and procedures for clients, and provide guidance on accounting, finance, and HR aspects of their organization Prepare and present investor and board-related financial reports and decks Produce budgets, variance analyses, and cash flow forecasts Work with external Audit, Tax, and Valuation firms as needed Onboard new employees and process payroll Oversee 401(k) plan, compliance, and reporting Maintain up-to-date census and employee records Manage the monthly close and annual reporting process Maintain corporate insurance policies and manage other business administration responsibilities Initially handle all Accounts Payable and vendor payments
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required Current CPA MBA or Master’s preferred Minimum 6 years of Accounting experience with 2 years in Audit Big 4 or top-tier Public Accounting firm experience Must have experience managing a team Excellent client-facing communication and customer service skills
