Controller - Strategic Employment

A leading construction company in Bridgewater, MA is hiring for a Controller to join their growing team. This is key hire that will supervise two direct reports and report directly to the CEO while taking ownership of the entire life-cycle of the accounting process including month end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis. 

Required: 

• 5+ years of professional experience in accounting
• 1+ years of supervising or managing lower level financial staff members
• Prior experience working within the construction industry
• Knowledge of ERP or project management tools such as Procore or Sage

Nice to have: 

• CPA or MBA
• Previous experience in a financial leadership role at a construction company
