Location: Catonsville, Maryland (On-site, 5 days/week)
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 + up to 10% Bonus

We're seeking an exceptional leader to drive financial excellence and strategic growth in our building solutions company. As Corporate Controller, you'll play a vital role in shaping financial strategies, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial policies, strategies, and budgeting processes in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Strengthen internal controls, ensuring robust financial management and compliance.
- Oversee financial reporting, providing actionable insights to enhance business performance.
- Ensure timely transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
- Foster strong relationships with external auditors, managing audit processes and reporting.
- Present regular financial updates and business performance reports to stakeholders.
- Track key financial and operational metrics, implementing strategies to optimize cash flow and working capital.
- Collaborate with department heads to monitor budget performance and drive business growth.
- Manage banking relationships, bonding requirements, and financial systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA required; MBA preferred)
- 5-10 years of experience as a Controller, with expertise in:
- Cost accounting (standard costing methods and percentage of completion for revenue recognition)
- Inventory process management
- Strategic leadership and hands-on execution
- Aligning solutions with company-wide and departmental goals
