Position: Controller
Location: Columbus
Salary: $90,000-$120,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, and payroll, as the Controller.
• Develop and manage internal control policies and procedures, supporting compliance and financial integrity.
• Manage month end close duties and prepare the financial statements for leadership.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations.
• Implement best practices in financial reporting and monitor cash flow management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Controller role, with expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial compliance, and accounting software.
• CPA designation or equivalent is highly desirable.
