Salary: $110,000-130,000

Key Responsibilities of the Controller:

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of bank transactions in the general ledger.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries, ensuring the timely reconciliation of detailed balance sheet accounts.
• Compile, analyze, and submit comprehensive monthly reporting packages to management.
• Oversee payroll processes, including the review, reconciliation, and documentation of bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll activities.
• Supervise accounting team including AP/AR and Staff Accountants

Preferred Qualifications of the Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience with SAP is strongly preferred
• Leadership experience overseeing an accounting team
• Manufacturing experience preferred
