Controller at Shamrock Recruiting

Our client is a Pre-IPO, PE backed Energy company. They are looking to add a strong, very hands-on Controller to their team. This will be someone that can manage a small department and lead the S1.

Job Duties:

• Prepare S-1 (IPO set for 2025)
• Manage all things Accounting and Finance (Small team of 2-3)
• Day to day is very straightforward (Non-Op Oil & Gas.Royalties)
• Assess policies and procedures and systems
• Make recommendation for system upgrade/implementation

Ideal candidate will have:

• BS in Accounting or Finance
• 8-10 years experience
• CPA required
• Industry experience preferred
• Hands-on experience preparing annual and quarterly reporting package
• Working knowledge of Tax, GAAP research and Industry specific reporting

Compensation:

Wide range-$150-200k; higher-end reserved for candidates with similar experience; $150-160k for candidates that would be stepping up into this role.
