Job Details
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Maintains reconciliation schedules for general ledger accounts and prepares financial statements in line with established accounting principles.
Oversees fixed asset/depreciation schedules, monthly amortizations, and journal entries within the ERP system; also assists with invoicing, inventory reconciliations, and other financial operations.
Coordinates and manages year-end audit activities.
Manages various statutory reporting requirements, including sales and use tax, property tax, and compliance-related cost reporting.
Collaborates with accounting staff and cross-functional teams (such as purchasing, warehouse, and sales) to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Conducts financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Performs additional tasks and responsibilities as required.
