Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of talented finance and HR professionals.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and HR regulations.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a Controller or similar role
• 3+ years of experience in HR leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
