What the Controller Will Handle:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and develop a team of 5 accounting and finance professionals, driving performance and efficiency as the Controller.
- Financial Oversight: Take charge of financial statement preparation and ensure timely, accurate month-end close.
- Job Costing Accuracy: Oversee and enhance the accuracy of job costing to support decision-making and profitability.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Play a pivotal role in the development and management of budgets and forecasts, providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Executive Team Collaboration: Act as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to strategic initiatives and business decisions.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, including executive-level exposure and leadership responsibilities.
- Skills: Strong leadership abilities, strategic financial planning, and a proven track record of improving financial operations and performance.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
