About the Job
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Controller in LAKE OSWEGO, Oregon. This position will be instrumental in overseeing various aspects of our financial operations, including warranty reserve, cash flow, inventory management, and more. The Controller will also play a key role in the migration from one ERP system to another, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to the business.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage warranty reserve, cash flow, inventory, and reserve models
- Develop a positive pay template for efficient credit memory management and bad debt reduction
- Collaborate with QuickBooks consultant team to build .csv for batch payments and positive pay
- Utilize skills in Accounting Software Systems, CRM, and Crystal Reports for efficient financial management
- Handle full cycle of procure-to-pay and order-to-cash operations
- Manage migration from one ERP system to another, ensuring vendor pricing, SKU's, and other details are accurately transferred
- Leverage skills in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) for effective financial operations
- Conduct regular auditing to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial transactions
- Oversee budget processes, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy
- Utilize skills in 3M, ADP - Financial Services for optimal financial operations Requirements - Proficiency in 3M and other Accounting Software Systems
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services and CRM
- Expertise in Crystal Reports and related Accounting Functions
- Proficient in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Experience in Auditing and familiarity with Budget Processes
- Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
