About the Job

The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance. This role will work closely with the executive team to drive financial growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Manage and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Oversee payroll processing and tax filings.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Manage financial risk and compliance.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Controller or similar role, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).

Salary: $100,000
