About the Job
A non-profit that provides community action programs in Southern New Hampshire is looking to add a Controller to their team. This hire will be performing all aspects of General Ledger accounting, supervising a team of four and working cross functionally with other departments to ensure the financial health of the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years in an Accounting position
- Experience in non-profits, cost allocation or grant accounting
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Month-End Closing procedures
- Ability to work with other departments and outside vendors and organizations to ensure smooth company operations
Nice to Have:
- Past management experience
- Familiarity with property management, property maintenance or resource development
