Controller - Integrated Talent Strategies

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is working with a manufacturing leader to find a Controller.  This is a direct-hire opportunity with a competitive compensation and benefits package.
 
Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely financial reports
• Monitor budgets, internal control systems, and cost controls.
• Develop strategies for long-term financial health.
• Manage cash flow.
• Establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards
• Manage and comply with reporting requirements for local, state and federal government.
• Develop internal controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent preferred
• Proven experience with manufacturing processes and accounting.
• Experience with inventories and lean processes.
• Standard cost experience
• Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis.
• Working knowledge of tax regulations and compliance reporting.
• Experience in managing payroll
