Overview The Controlleris responsible for providing financial leadership
and strategic decision support to all aspects of the Milwaukee
Operations, including manufacturing operations, engineering, and
logistics. Key duties include overseeing revenue recognition for
original equipment (OE), managing sales and margin forecasts, and
directing capital and expense budgets for the Milwaukee Operations and
Distribution Center. The role requires driving process improvements,
ensuring compliance with financial reporting and audits, and leading a
team of accounting professionals. The Controller plays a pivotal role in
financial planning, operational metrics development, and partnering with
cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. This position
reports directly to the Finance Director and requires extensive
experience in accounting, leadership, and process optimization within a
manufacturing environment. Key Job Responsibilities Decision support
partner to the Loading Business unit for strategic and non-strategic
decisions impacting manufacturing operations, engineering, and
Logistics' solutions. Responsible for global original equipment (OE)
revenue recognition and worldwide OE sales and margin budgets, forecasts
and scenario analyses Responsible for capital and expense budgets,
forecasts and scenario analyses for the Milwaukee Operations
andMilwaukee Distribution Center. Create demand for the accounting team
through driving succession planning and individual development plans.
Drive process improvements for accounting operations and business
processes supporting manufacturing operations and global logistics.
Drive SLQDC results for manufacturing operations and logistics by
partnering with the manufacturing operational leaders as well as MDC
