Salary range based off experience 150k-200k base.

• Acts as a point of contact within area of responsibility by assisting with audit requirements, prioritizing tasks, and escalating complex inquiries to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely delivery of data.
• Responsible for accounting and control of all capital assets, materials management, and accounts payable processes.
• Interprets rulings issued by the federal, state, and local legal entities and ensures regulations issued by regulatory agencies
• Drives financial performance through the use of financial and management systems.
• Provides supervision and mentoring for the staff members in the Department.
• Cultivates a culture that promotes and rewards professional growth, interdisciplinary collaboration, constructive communication, flexibility, teamwork, and customer service.
• Recommends training requirements; ensures staff competencies remain at the highest level to meet the objectives and goals of the organization
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Controller Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business required, CPA REQUIRED.
• 10+ years of non-profit or hospital/healthcare finance and accounting experience required
• 7-10 years of progressively increasing management experience
• Multiple site and multiple entity experience
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, continually changing/growing environment.
• Track record of developing, implementing, administering, and monitoring accounting policies and procedures.
