Job Details
This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, budget management, job costing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Financial analysis, budget management, and financial reporting skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and accounting principles
- Experience with residential construction or real estate industry and job costing
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
