We are looking for an experienced Controller responsible for the financial functions of the company. This includes overseeing the accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and practices, as well as experience in managing a team.

We are looking for an experienced Controller responsible for the financial functions of the company. This includes overseeing the accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and practices, as well as experience in managing a team.
Your specific duties will include:
- Planning, directing, and overseeing the operational accounting functions.
- Managing the company's financial resources.
- Preparing financial reports and analysis.
- Coordinating the budgeting process.
- Providing senior executives with information vital to the decision-making process.
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting, and finance experience in a healthcare organization.
- 1+ years managing a team.
- Experience in managing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with EMR and practice management systems.
- Knowledge of Kareo is a plus
