Vaco has partnered with a multi-entity healthcare organization that is searching for its next Corporate Controller. This role offers direct exposure to the CFO and Private Equity owners as well as the opportunity to work in a stable, well-funded company.
Responsibilities include:
- Full oversight of accounting operations
- Process improvement over accounting functions
- Supervision and development of accounting team
- Assist CFO with financial planning, financing and budgeting
- Financial audit oversight
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in a senior-level accounting role
- Healthcare industry experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP accounting
- CPA or CMA license highly desired

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
