Innovative Custom Builders is seeking a dynamic and experienced Controller to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in driving the financial success of a leading construction company known for its innovative projects and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations and focus on the development and implementation of strategic goals.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Oversight of all finance, accounting, human resources, banking, risk management and other administrative and facility activities.
• Lead the preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts.
• Analyze financial details to identify areas for cost reduction and operational improvement.
• Collaborate with executive management to develop long-term business plans.
• Manage relationships with customers, vendors, and banks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction accounting, job costing, and financial management.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary of $140,000 to $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
• 401k
• Medical we pay 80% of employee only coverage
• PTO 10 days of PTO
