We have partnered closely with a privately held, private equity-backed $100M+ manufacturing company based in San Dimas looking to hire their next Controller! This opportunity comes with room to grow into a CFO position and can pay up to $200k base + bonus.
The ideal candidate will come from a public accounting background with manufacturing industry experience and hands-on month-end close experience.

Job Details
Responsibilities include a blend of accounting and finance:
- Preparing the annual operating plan
- Managing cash flow
- Bank covenant reporting
- Departmental budgeting
- GAAP accounting
- Preparing/reviewing financial statements
- Overseeing month-end close
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of accounting experience
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Public accounting experience
- Active CPA
