We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager/Controller to lead the finance team and oversee financial operations.
Key RequirementsStrong construction finance background
Proficient in Deltek Vantagepoint
Ability to balance strategic financial management with hands-on operational involvement
ResponsibilitiesOversee Deltek Vantagepoint ERP system implementation and operation
Manage financial operations (billing, accounts receivable, collections)
Lead and develop the finance team
Perform key accounting functions and financial reporting
Collaborate with project managers and executives on financial matters
Establish internal controls and ensure compliance
Drive process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA certification a plus)
7+ years of finance management experience (preferably in construction)
Proficient in Deltek Vantagepoint
Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles
Excellent leadership and team management skills
