Position Overview:

As the Controller, you will manage financial reporting and forecasting, ensuring accurate financial data and helping guide the company’s financial decisions. You will develop and maintain financial models for cash flow analysis, cost control, and profitability, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting and forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models for cash flow analysis, cost control, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations.
• Support senior management in financial decision-making by providing clear and actionable financial insights.
• Coordinate annual financial statements and manage relationships with external tax consultants.
• Collaborate with operations to analyze performance and optimize financial outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a senior position.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software; experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
