Our client, a Greater Hartford area manufacturing organization, is currently seeking a Controller to join their team.

Responsibilities of the Controller

• Full responsibility for all accounting functions for the organization
• Full month end/year end close responsibilities
• Lead the annual budget preparation
• Strategic planning, financial reporting and variance analysis
• Develop and manage internal controls and financial metrics

Preferred Qualifications of the Controller

• BS in Finance or Accounting. MBA or CPA a plus
• Experience working within Manufacturing, Distribution, Construction or a similar industry
