We are currently looking to add a skilled financial professional to our growing team. This individual will oversee our accounting operations, provide financial analysis and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. Pay Scale: Up to $110,000/yr Depending on Experience

Work Hours: Monday - Friday; 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 10+ years of accounting experience
- Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designation preferred
- Extensive knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting
- Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles
- Highly proficient with accounting software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Previous experience in mergers and acquisitions preferred
- Prior experience with Sage and ADP
Essential Job Functions:
- Oversees the operations of the Accounting Department, which include accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
- Oversees training programs and identifies training needs.
- Provide financial analysis with recommendations to Regional Director and/or General Manager.
- Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures; implements a system of controls over accounting transactions to minimize risk.
- Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.
- Recommend benchmarks that will be used to measure the company's performance.
- Produces the annual budget and forecasts; reports significant budget differences to management.
- Provides financial analysis, with emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
- Ability to assist other regions with Integration of enterprise solutions connected to the financial function.
- Works with external auditors and provides needed information for the annual audit.
- Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
