Job Specific Duties:

• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Directly responsible for analysis and reporting, account reconciliations, month-end close, financial preparation and reporting, and analysis of financial results
• Coordinate and assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget. Assist in planning and analysis of other forecasts
• Maintain records for related entities
• Coordinate all Insurance Policies
• Coordinate and prepare all bank packages
• Review all receivable reports
• Prepare various analysis for company ownership and management, as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA, CMA or MBA preferable or equivalent, complementary work experience
• 5 years’ experience in a Finance related role
