Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- SEC Compliance Management, record review, annual filings etc
- Financial reporting and FP&A, leading annual budget process, preparing and presenting timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly and annual)
- 6-8+ years of accounting or financial leadership experience within a private equity, VC or financial services company
- CPA strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid schedule in Minneapolis, MN
