About the Job
The Controller will be tasked with analyzing and reporting on financial performance, preparing financial statements, forecasting and assessing business metrics, and overseeing the general ledger. The ideal candidate will possess a robust accounting background and demonstrate proficiency in analyzing complex inter-company transaction systems. This role also encompasses office management and human resources responsibilities.
Essential Functions
- Execute the monthly closing process, which includes reviewing vendor invoices and credit memos.
- Prepare quarterly financial statements, analyzing sales and payroll taxes.
- Calculate and process monthly payroll taxes, along with general ledger reconciliations.
- Handle monthly bank deposits and perform general ledger reconciliations.
- Conduct the month-end close process, reviewing bank deposits, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and preparing financial statements.
- Complete monthly reconciliations for inter-company transactions.
- Assist in the development of the annual audit plan for the year ending December 31.
- Support the execution of the annual audit plan for the year ending December 31.
- Carry out basic HR functions and office management tasks, including employee onboarding, benefits management, and administrative responsibilities like vehicle and business registration across different states.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

- Bachelors Degree Requires
