Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing facility, with a proven track record of functioning in a team environment and establishing strong customer relations.
- Solid engineering and technical background in PLC programming: Allen Bradley, Siemens, Pro-Logic, Compact Logic, Productivity.
- Hands-on experience in PLC programs using ladder logic, sequential function chart, function block diagram, and structural test logic.
- Proficiency in Factory Talk software for Industrial Monitors.
- Experience with SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.
- Manufacturing and R&D experience is a plus.
- Trade school or Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, but relevant on-the-job experience is highly considered.
- Certification in relevant programming languages or automation technologies.
- Design and write logic for HMI displays on machines and remote interfaces.
- Utilize SCADA systems for efficient supervisory control and data acquisition.
- Heavy involvement in electrical design using AutoCAD.
- Assist Foremost manufacturing with equipment set-up and inspection.
- Provide top-notch customer service by answering questions and troubleshooting.
- Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Provide accurate cost estimates based on customer requirements and available resources.
- Develop and create electrical Bills of Materials (BOMs) and initiate quality/inspection documentation.
- $40/hr. - $50/hr.
- Monday to Friday
- 8 am - 5 pm
- Travel: 50%
