Controls Engineer - Entegee

Job Summary:

Design, program, simulate, and commission machine control systems using PLC/HMI solutions, with a focus on ensuring functionality and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Technical Associate's degree (EET, MET, Industrial Automation)
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on PLC programming experience (Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens)
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with AutoCAD for schematic and panel design
• Willingness to travel 20-30% domestically and internationally

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with VFDs, servos, power supplies, sensors, switches, motors, safety components, and other control devices

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and program machine control systems using PLC/HMI solutions
• Simulate, test, and debug machine control systems in-house
• Check out and commission systems at end user facilities
• Create customer-focused solutions and programs
• Maintain project timelines and budgets
• Size and select equipment for machines, including control devices

Pay Details: $33.00 to $45.00 per hour
