We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Controls Engineer to join our highly skilled Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, installing, and maintaining large-scale electrical control systems used in our cutting-edge industrial automation processes. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about leveraging their technical acumen to drive efficiency and innovation.
Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and supervise the production of electrical control systems, equipment, and machinery.
2. Utilize in-depth knowledge of Servo, Ladder Logic, Electrical Controls, ABB, HMI, AC/DC, Allen Bradley, AutoCAD Electrical, and Industrial Automation to optimize systems and processes.
3. Conduct system integration, programming, and troubleshooting of automation systems.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, gather automation requirements, and design automated systems.
5. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including diagrams, schematics, and operational manuals.
6. Conduct regular system tests to ensure functionality, efficiency, and safety.
7. Develop innovative solutions to improve system capabilities and automate repetitive tasks.
8. Provide training and technical support to team members and end users.
9. Keep abreast of advancements and best practices in industrial automation.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Engineering industry.
3. Proficiency in Servo, Ladder Logic, Electrical Controls, ABB, HMI, AC/DC, Allen Bradley, AutoCAD Electrical, and Industrial Automation.
