- Assist senior foremen and technicians with building automation installation services.
- Support conduit bending, threading, and installation processes.
- Connect electrical power and control services for industrial equipment.
- Help with wire routing, pulling, and device layout setups.
- Install support equipment such as brackets and hangers.
- Assist in the installation, replacement, and repair of electrical and control equipment.
- Learn to interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and code specifications.
- Aid in troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical and control systems.
- Ensure daily job site cleanup and equipment organization.
- Travel to various job sites, including overnight stays when necessary, to support project execution.
- Preferred: Experience in industrial, electrical, or construction fields, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of electric and battery-operated hand tools is required.
- Familiarity with basic computer programs like Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with foremen and team members.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
- Physical capacity to perform activities common to the electrical controls trade.
- High attention to detail to produce accurate, high-quality work.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to comply with company drug policies.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, bend, stand for extended periods, work at heights and on lifts, both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions throughout all seasons.
- Commitment to safety standards and protocols.
- Willingness to travel intra-state (South Carolina or SE Region), with up to 40% overnight stays. Transportation provided.
