Controls Technician Job Duties:

• Troubleshoot, view, and perform basic edits on PLCs/HMIs, including Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi systems.
• Conduct industrial control system electrical troubleshooting across low voltage (24VDC), mid-voltage (120VAC), and high voltage (480VAC).
• Read and understand control system electrical schematics.
• Work with various PLCs including RS Logix 5, RS Logix 500, RS Logix 5000, Studio 5000, and Logix Designer.
• Operate HMI systems using Factory Talk Studio ME/SE and Mitsubishi GT Designer2/3.
• Utilize Cognex In-Sight Explorer and Keyence XG Vision Terminal for camera and scanner setups.

Schedule:

• Night Shift: 5 pm - 5 am
• 2-2-3 Schedule

Pay:

• $38 – $44/hr.
• $5000 sign-on bonus 

Controls Technician Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of PLC/HMI experience within the last 5 years.
• Industrial control system electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with various voltage levels (24VDC, 120VAC, 480VAC).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Physically fit to meet the demands of the role.
