Your New Role as a Controls Technician

• Lead the installation and functionality of advanced building control systems with accuracy
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues efficiently
• Customize control system programs to fit the specific needs of each project
• Optimize systems to achieve high energy efficiency and peak performance
• Maintain thorough records and educate clients on system operations and maintenance

• 3-5 years of experience in HVAC controls or building management systems
• Technical degree or certification in HVAC technology or a related field (preferred)
• Skilled in programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining HVAC control systems
• Familiarity with Schneider and other major BMS technologies
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• EPA Section 608 Certification (beneficial)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Physical capability for tasks such as lifting and climbing
• Flexibility for overtime and weekend work as needed
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
