Convenient Care APP - Central Illinois at Carle Health

Carle Health is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our Convenient Care Department in Bloomington, Illinois.

Practice opportunity details include:

• Established outpatient-only practice with experienced and dedicated support staff
• Convenient Care is open 7 days a week; 7 AM – 8 PM Mon-Fri and 8 AM – 5 PM Sat & Sun. Holiday hours 8 AM - 4 PM
• Flexible scheduling
• The position will be based out of our Convenient Care location at Carle BroMenn Outpatient Center in Bloomington
• Other services available at Carle BroMenn Outpatient Center include Primary Care, Pediatrics, Occupational Medicine, Behavioral Health, Rheumatology, Rehabilitation, Imaging, Women’s Imaging, and Lab Services
• Able to consult with specialists across the organization

Education Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant.

Licensure/Certification Requirements: 
Current Illinois Registered Nurse license and Advanced Practice Nurse/Physician Assistant licensure
