About the Job
Education and/or Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in the high volume food service industry, preferably in concessions environment for a sports and entertainment venue.
Ability to follow directions.
Must be a phenomenal team player.
Must have impeccable integrity for the business, the community, and the Proof of the Pudding Team.
ServSafe Certified preferred.
Specialized Qualifications:
Must be flexible to work extend hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent listening and communication skills
Strong Customer Service skills with the desire to go above and beyond any client needs
Work Environment
This position works mostly out of and mainly stays within the Gas South District (GSD) and the Food Hall, but may travel to other venues within the Metro Atlanta Area .This position will often move throughout GSD on different terrains and may work with kitchen equipment including food warmers, heat lamps, coolers, and more.
Uniform Requirements
Adherence to Company Uniform Requirements outlined in the Associate Handbook, uniform requirements outlined in your orientation guidelines.
Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods of moving through an event space, and traveling throughout the stadium
Bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items
Must be able to lift up-to 30 pounds at times.
