The candidate will be responsible for improving current designs, ensuring quality and accuracy in conversation experiences, and driving projects to meet deadlines and business metrics, while remotely coordinating across PST time zones. The role demands a blend of creativity, technical skills in AI and NLP, as well as strong project management capabilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and refine conversational flows and AI models for Gen-AI powered experiences.
- Conduct thorough reviews and audits of existing conversation designs, identifying and rectifying gaps or bugs.
- Ensure dialogues are intuitive, engaging, and adhere to the highest quality and accuracy standards.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and relevant business metrics are met.
- Utilize knowledge in conversation AI, NLP tuning, and machine learning frameworks to enhance user experience.
- Proven experience in conversational interface design (chatbots, voice assistants).
- Strong understanding of NLP, machine learning frameworks, and conversational AI.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills.
Required Domain Experience:
- Prior experience or familiarity with financial applications or services is preferred but not essential.
