Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Conversational Designer to create engaging and intuitive conversational experiences for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in designing chatbots and voice-enabled applications, with strong skills in JavaScript, Java, and Python. This role involves designing conversation scripts, user journeys, and bot responses to ensure seamless and human-like interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conversation Design:
Design and develop conversation scripts, bot responses, and user journeys to create engaging, consumer-facing chatbots with personality and character.
Develop mockups, conversation flows, and prototypes for chatbot interactions.
Design and test chat conversations, flows, and user journeys based on various bot personas.
Innovate and create different conversational approaches to enhance user interactions with bots and human agents.
Liaise with delivery teams to ensure the creation of intelligent and intuitive conversational experiences.
Technical and Creative Skills:
Utilize Java, JavaScript, and Python to implement and enhance conversational designs.
Apply knowledge of KORE.ai, SmartAssist, IVR technologies, and Web Services API.
Create and manage conversational content for social channels such as Slack, Facebook, Twitter, Skype, and MS Teams.
Develop and maintain documentation for conversation designs, including flows and redlining.
Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2+ years of experience in conversational design, linguistic analysis, copy editing, or related content development roles.
Exceptional communication, creative thinking, and writing skills.
Strong ability to build and develop personas and craft engaging dialogue.
Familiarity with chatbots, voice-enabled devices, and conversational channels.
Demonstrated ability to think innovatively and develop creative solutions.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of influencing, collaborating, and communicating effectively with both internal teams and external vendors.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement conversation scripts and user journeys for chatbots to enhance user interactions.
Ensure that conversational experiences are customer-centric and address inquiries effectively across multiple channels.
Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality conversational solutions that meet client needs.
