Bill & Tim's Barbecue and Tap House is a fast casual restaurant that specializes in authentic wood smoked meats and traditional American side dishes paired with beer, cider, wine, cocktails and kombucha. Bill & Tim's is located at the corner of 13th and Pearl in downtown Eugene.

We offer a starting hourly rate of $14.00 per hour (more with relevant experience), pooled tips and free shift meals. Bill & Tim's is a fast-paced environment generating above average tips for a fast casual concept. Pooled tips average between $4.00 and $4.50 per hour per employee resulting in an average total hourly income of $18.20 to $18.70 per hour (or more with experience)!

More than just a barbecue joint, Bill & Tim’s also features a variety of salads, sandwiches, burgers, rice bowls and Mexican dishes served with or without smoky proteins. Simply put, our menu is diverse.
