Cook Job Description:
We are currently accepting application for our salad cook station. This position will focus on prepping all salad, pizza and other items necessary from the salad station. Most of these shifts are from 4 to 9:30pm. More hours can be offered if you are willing and able to work more shifts. This is a fun and high energy environment to work in. Many of our cooks have been with us for 3-10 years. If you have reliable transportation and can be on time for you shift, we definitely want to talk to you.
Responsibilities of a Cook:
- Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen.
- Preparing workstations for cooking.
- Preparing and maintaining kitchen equipment.
- Checking the quality of the ingredients.
- Preparing cooking ingredients using various techniques.
- Arranging food and ensuring an appealing presentation.
- Manage food storage, stock, and ingredient orders.
Cook Job Requirements:
- Must have prior experience as a cook.
- Must be skilled in operating kitchen equipment.
- Must know and follow sanitation procedures.
- Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.
- Must showcase great organizational skills.
- Must be able to multitask and act quickly.
The Milwaukee Ale House-Grafton is located in Grafton Wisconsin. Set on the banks of the Milwaukee River, the Ale House has 2 levels for dining and 2 large bars. The main floor is used daily as a full service restaurant/bar and the second floor is used for overflow seating on busier day/nights as well as for private parties up to 180 ppl. We offer a full food/liquor menu as well as 24 tap lines with craft beers from many local, regional and national breweries. We take great pride in the quality of our food, drinks and service.
