Join Taco Casa as a Cook and oversee the Appetite Satisfaction Department, operating stations like Food Production, Grill, and Fryer to meet our product quality standards. As a cook your tasks will involve food preparation, portioning, grilling, frying, and maintaining a clean work area.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food orders to meet quality standards
- Handle food preparation and portioning
- Cook on the grill and operate the fry station
- Ensure cleanliness, including trash disposal
Qualifications:
- No formal education required
- Availability for various shifts including weekends, days, nights, and overtime

Scraping together every penny and nickel, we opened up our Southwest Parkway location in January of 2005. We had the good fortune to purchase the Vernon location in 2009. Our Maplewood location was brought on in 2014 and our Duncan Oklahoma store in March of 2018.
